Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Indian bio-pharmaceutical company is looking to work with a senior consultant to help them build out their marketing capabilities and portfolio management functions.

1. Portfolio management
- Establish a thought through framework to evaluate existing and new molecules
- Define the elements needed to build a strong commercial business case for new molecules
- Define the metrics and processes needed for prioritisation

The consultant will work with the existing team of 2-4 analysts as part of this work

2. Marketing capabilities
- Establishing key marketing processes (key 3-4) that can serve as the benchmark for all business teams. For instance, a key process needing focus is the Launch excellence process so that new products go through a rigorous checklist during the prep, launch and post launch phases

Note:- The duration of the project is 6 months with full time capacity in Bangalore.

Skills Required

- The ideal consultant will be a doctor (MD, MBBS) with experience of having worked on the business side and with owning P&Ls
- Strong experience in strategic marketing and KOL engagement in the pharma space is a must
