Our client is looking to engage with HR Business Partner consultant for a short term project based in Bangalore.
Key responsibilities include:
• Support the Business in all HR matters across the Employee Life Cycle.
• Manage a diverse workforce (demographics including nationalities, location, area of work etc.).
• Identify HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Supporting managers in dealing with complex cases, performance matters, attendance & employee relations issues.
• Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, reward and recognition, employee relations and employee engagement.
• Manage HR Operations – day-to-day and key strategic ones. Connect with the employees and identify issues, if any, proactively to ensure a high level of motivation and retention.
• Rewards & Recognition for employees – to design, identify and implement initiatives.
• Ensure key stakeholders are informed / consulted on relevant changes such as restructuring, redundancies etc. in line with Organisational Goals
• Leads and supports annual HR cycle deliverables including Performance Management; merit and bonus awards, benefits enrolment etc.
• Evaluate issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution and program designs i.e. training to address certain needs guidelines.
12-15 years’ of experience in handling similar responsibilities for a diverse workforce including international locations (various nationalities) at a
Leadership Level.
Extensive knowledge of core HR policies, systems and practices
Experience being an HRBP and interpreting, advising and implementing HR policies in conjunction with business
Ability to influence leadership team with subject matter knowledge and innovative ideas.Also to collaborate with Business and develop people practices and approaches that achieve shared Organisational objectives.
Ability to build capabilities, plan and manage talent to Support the Business Requirements.
Should have strong leadership capabilities and team management skills & ability to work under pressure to ensure delivery within deadlines, organize and prioritize work
Strong communication, interpersonal and detail-oriented skills & Proficient with business software tools such as Microsoft Office application.
