Assignment Details

Evaluating a deal in Bangladesh for an investment into a leading diagnostic chain.

Our client, an emerging markets-focused private equity firm is looking for a seasoned expert from the Diagnostic industry in India to help support the operational and commercial due diligence for evaluating a deal in Bangladesh for an investment into a leading diagnostic chain.

1. Sharing views on the outlook for the diagnostics space and drivers of growth across pathology and radiology

2. Providing inputs into specific value drivers of the business based on experience running operations for similar chains ideally in India and the South Asia region. Some of these inputs will include pricing, productivity etc

3. Helping develop early hypotheses on how the performance of the chanin can be enhanced over the next 3-5 years through
- M&A
- Driving growth through a variety of initiatives - geographic expansion, partnerships

Skills Required

1. Prior experience as CXO, COO or Operations head of a diagnostic chain is a must
2. Experience in the South Asia region (ex India) and Bangladesh will be a huge plus
