Assignment Details

Our client, one of the largest skilling companies in India, is looking to engage with a senior business advisor to work alongwith the Founding team and senior management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Work with the top team on strategic direction, helping establish a framework to make the right decisions
2. Help the senior team prioritise areas of focus and key initiatives that will drive business growth over the next 1-2 years
3. Guide the team on developing a mechanism to monitor effective implementation of key initiatives and getting a rhythm of reviews established
4. Serve as a sounding board for the founders and senior team on key issues
5. Take on ownership to deliver on select high impact initiatives as agreed with the team

Skills Required

1. Exposure to education and livelihoods/jobs space will be a plus (not a must)
2. Someone who has built and scaled an Indian business, has managed P&Ls, should be able to build a solid rapport with the founders.
3. Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders across levels
4. Strong problem solving and prioritisation skills
