Assignment Details

Our client, a well-funded gaming startup, is looking to engage with an HR consultant for a duration of 1-2 weeks.

Roles and Responsibilities include :
- Structure HR policies for the recently hired top-level executives
- Detail out the key elements of the ESOP plan by defining the coverage umbrella, Quantum, vesting period and schedule and other key elements
- Structure and roll-out offer letters for the recent hires
- Ensure tasks, workflow, responsibility and authority support stated objectives

Skills Required

- Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies at senior levels of an organisation
- Must have a background in ESOP framework
- Good interpersonal skills
- Business knowledge and ability to align self with the business
- Accords top priority to personal and professional ethics
- Result oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
