Assignment Details

We are looking for a Consultant to help us with a transformation exercise for a pharma company.

Responsibilities include-
* Facilitating a detailed diagnostic of plant operations, including
- analysis of cost drivers, based on trends and benchmarks
- review of operations and key processes based on lean manufacturing practices
- analysing productivity across key processes
* Helping identify the key areas that need attention and conducting deep dive analyses into the same
* Prioritising improvement areas and working with the client to size potential impact and develop an implementation plan
* Overseeing implementation of select improvement initiatives

The project is for 9 months and is based in Mumbai; flybacks to home location can be faciliated by the client

Skills Required

* The consultant should have understanding of analytics
* The consultant should have worked in top tier consulting firms
* Exposure to operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement functions in a pharma / chemical setup
* Exposure to cost/process optimization/ large transformation projects is necessary
*Would be required to demonstrate logical thinking, good numeric abilities, domain understanding and strong interpersonal skills
* Experience working on transformation projects for ITC would be a plus
