Assignment Details

We are undertaking a sales force effectiveness (SFE) project for a major Thai bank, where we are diagnosing existing sales incentive plans and their impact, gaps between business performance and current plan design, designing a new plan, simulating business outcomes based on new plan. Such projects are very high visibility projects and impact both the top line and bottom line of the bank directly, almost immediately.

We are looking for a data analyst with strong data analysis skills on microsoft excel to be a part of the consulting team.

Skills Required

- Strong excel skills
- Ability to work in a team environment – typically partners of the firm will tell him/her what kind of analysis they want. He/she should be able to understand and turn-around the analysis quickly
- Attention to detail – the project deliverables will be seen by C-level including CEO regularly, hence the analysis has to be robust
- Onsite in Thailand (Bangkok) for 2-3 months at least (maybe be extended further by a month or so) – Preference is for locally based candidates, but for the right foreign candidate accommodation can be provided.
- While age or experience is no bar for the right candidate, normally someone with 2-3 years experience would fit the role best.
