Assignment Details

Our client, a soon to be launched B2B skilling venture, is looking for independent consultants, who can deliver the following responsibilities:

* Help the management to devise the brand identity, values and image
* Help the management to decide upon the product and service
* Help the management penetrate the market with a sound Go-to-market strategy
* Help develop/identify a framework for how to think about a brand and corporate identify
* Problem solve with the founding team based on the vision for the venture and articulate what the company and brand aims to deliver and stand for and use this to arrive at a shortlist of names for the company and the first 1-2 products; refine this based on discussions with the founders and select external stakeholders
* Work with a designer to come up with a few options for a company logo and refine and finalise the logo and any other key elements of brand identity

Skills Required

* Extensive experience in working with brands and companies on defining their identity and positioning
* Ability to work at the early stage of an idea
* Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
* Expertise in Brand Marketing, Execution, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
* A good vision for the venture and excellent decision making skills
