Assignment Details

Our client, A non-profit technology organization, is looking to engage with a Financial Analyst.

• Develop a detailed understanding of the operational plans across operating units, focus markets and strategic imperatives
• Develop a detailed understanding of the data assets currently developed internally across different initiatives
• Assimilate all the key value drivers, related cost drivers and impact parameters that are integral to the roll-out
• Discuss and assimilate the scale-up milestones envisioned for the company and future growth plans
• Define the approach – top-down / roll-up / bottom-up and what could be the potential benefits of either
• Develop a working wireframe for the financial model
• Perform an extrapolation of the business operations based on the plan while inducing the learnings from current data assets
• Develop the roll-forward functionality in the model to include learnings over the next few months
• Design the key metrics to be planned over time from a private equity/ aid/ development finance stand-point
• Develop a marketable financial model that is investor compliant and has the ability to assist scenario development
• Define investment case for future rounds of equity/ debt or hybrid financing or possible exit scenarios

Skills Required

1. Bachelors/ Master degree; be a CA or have a certification such as CFA.
2. Experience of 3-6 years in Business analysis and Financial modelling.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
4. Strong analytical abilities and excellent presentation skills.
5. Ability to work ‘hands-on’ and multi-task in an energetic environment.
