Assignment Details

Our client is a Leading Venture Capital Firm and they are looking to on board a retained legal consultant for one of there invested companies :-

Key Responsibilities
- Analysis facts, and applies legal knowledge to provide sound legal solutions.
- May be required to monitor compliance with internal governance policies, and evaluate risks in business operations.
- Also drafts agreements and protects the organisation's intellectual property.
- Good understanding of AIF and related matters.
- Should have knowledge of Gift city, Singapore VCC, Global feeders like Delaware or Cayman.

Skills Required

- A law degree
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to explain the law clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management skills with ability to work and run project eecuted by external law firms.
