A Leading Educational Institute
Our client is looking for professionals to help coordinate and project manage key market research projects and derive actionable insights from the same.
Responsibilities include:
* Own 2-3 market research initiatives end-to-end; these initiatives will involve looking at testing the impact of bevaiour change interventions in the field in diverse areas such as health, nutrition, education etc
* Develop a clear research plan and methodology for each initiative - research objectives, hypotheses, whether to use an external MR agency etc
* Oversee and facilitate implementation efforts - likely to have a greater focus on qualitative research
• Help synthesise key findings of research efforts.
• Facilitate regular interactions/meetings with stakeholders on progress, emerging findings and revisions if any needed on the research approach.
• Develop synthesised points of view based on the research - by objective, develop a view on whether the hypotheses hold true.
The Expert should be comfortable with field visits / field work, as needed. The role is based in Delhi.
• Extensive experience on working with market research projects, with a focus on qualitative research
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of behavioural science or psychology is a definite plus.
• Should have good knowledge of current market research firms and ability to work with very small firms to shape the data.
