Our client is an Indian Group which is a leader in luggage and travel accessories. They are looking to engage with an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to help them hire talent for 15-20 mid to senior positions across the company.
The consultant is expected to –
- Refine the role descriptions in consultation with the CEO and Senior Management
- Develop an appropriate talent acquisition strategy by role, including
- Identifying the partners to work with
- Using recruitment platforms as needed
* Drive implementation of the hiring process for the identified roles
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Review background check reports and other documents
- Roll out the final offers for selected candidates
- Plan and implement a structured on-boarding process for each hire
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
- Determine HR and recruiting KPIs, and structure a mechanism to create and present KPI reports
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, in a corporate of a search firm is a must
- Familiarity with all channels of sourcing candidates - social media, C.V. databases, job boards and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
