Assignment Details

Our client is a promoter driven group with extensive experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy development across Europe, The Middle East and Asia. They are looking to engage with a financial modeling consultant for a short term engagement to work closely with the Promoter family and support them on:

- Review financial reports and statements for the group's subsidiaries and investments
- Assess performance and help the promoter family understand the key takeaways, any areas of current/future concerns
- Work with the CFO and Promoter to undertake targeted analytics including but not restricted to
a, cash flow forecasting for specific businesses
b. analysing key metrics by business , and assessing performance versus competitors
- Provide support on any M&A and partnership opportunities that may arise from time to time

Please note that this role is based out of Delhi. Also, the duration is 3-6 months with full time capacity.

Skills Required

- Solid foundation (8yrs+) in accounting and corporate finance, with the ability to analyse complex financial statements
- Strong Excel skills including building complex models such as DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution
- Working knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial databases such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, Refinitiv would be an added advantage
- Attention to details and ability to work with data
- Great communication skills
