A leading professional services firm
We are launching a Strategic Workforce Management initiative, that oversees design, build and implementation of the prioritized solution themes across multiple functional areas. This operations-wide initiative includes mobilizing resources to implement the end state IT ecosystem to optimized project partners with functional teams to streamline capture and dissemination of required data/information.
Responsibilities-
• Design & implement PSC wide change management strategy
• Work closely with Track PMO leads to assess change management impact on different stakeholders
• Create mitigation plans to address risks and change management gaps with respect to each solution implementation
• Work closely with communication business partner & track PMO leads to craft communication messages
The consultant will have to work out of the client's office in Gurgaon.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management
-Demonstrated track record of managing and leading organizational transformations
-Years of experience developing, managing, and leading teams
-Effective communication skills and the ability to influence people
-Certifications in change management (such as ADKAR), project management, ITIL, or related areas
