Assignment Details

Our client, a leading player in the beauty and wellness sector, is looking to engage with a consultant to transform its' sales processes in the North region. There has been a recent investment in the brand so there is a need to streamline the sales function of the brand to scale-up.

Roles and Responsibilities include :

- Transform the current entrepreneurial model to a scalable model similar to leading FMCG players
- Drive aggressive scaling-up initiatives under the sales vertical
- Handle vendor management, organization transformation, sales acquisition
- Review of existing sales team and channel partners , implement effective channel sales strategies
- Identify whats working well and areas of improvement- overall, by region, by segment/product
- Identify the top 3-5 improvement areas and help senior management design targeted sales transformation strategies
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders
- Initiate and coach key stakeholders on their roles in effective change

Skills Required

- Prior experience in FMCG Sales is a must
- Leadership experience in managing and designing well performing sales organisations is preferable
- Existing relationship with channel partners will be preferred
- Experts who have experience in running sales transformation efforts, will be preferred.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
