Assignment Details

Our client, a leading manufacturing company is looking to engage with an HR consultant to Setup and Run Employee Advocacy Programme.

Responsibilities:

- Set Goals & Objectives for the programme (in partnership with clients team)
- Identify & Assemble a team of Employee Brand Ambassadors
- Design & conduct training Programmes
- Help the client in planning Content Strategy
- Monitor & Reward Performers
- Measure & Track ROI of Employee Advocacy Programme.
- Driving marketing initiatives using LinkedIn platform

Skills Required

- HR with Social media marketing and branding experience will be preferred.
- Prior Experience in setting up and running Employment Advocacy Programme
- Proven experience in conducting Training and Development programmes
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- 8-12 years of work experience
- Experience driving marketing initiatives using LinkedIn platform.
