Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is working with a leading automotive group based out of South India, on a disruptive revenue growth project. The workstreams are centred around the acceleration of the sale of auto components of leading brands in India to large fleet owners, network of retailers, Company-owned or franchisee network of workshops across 2W, 4W and CV segment.

They are looking to engage with a Consultant who will support them in the project.

Key responsibilities:
○ An Advisory role on the workstream assigned within the project and to the client
assigned
○ Program managing the workstream.
○ Provide coaching and problem-solving help to key client and their team
○ Jointly design and drive business plan for the assigned workstream
○ Use industry knowledge to help establish connections with business
stakeholders for clients
○ Work along with client team to establish proof of concept across new business
ideas.

Note: The project is based out in Chennai (Tamil Nadu).

Skills Required

○ Hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing and/or Business development
○ Leading, coaching, and developing people
○ Expertise in internal/external meetings & conferences
○ Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving
environment
○ Key Skills: Excellent relationship management skills, Interpersonal and
Communication skills, Good planner and Effective team player
○ Go-Getter attitude with open for mobility Pan
