We are working with a large Indian corporate and are looking for an experienced consultant who understands the Pharmacy Chain business in India to advise our team.
The project will involve:
* Helping understand the pharmacy chains landscape including-
- Overall trends in volumes, sales
- % of pharma products that flow through pharmacy chains (offline, online), how this varies by therapeutic area, expectations in the next 3-5 years
- Key competitors and differences if any across their business models
* Help understand how the large pharma companies are looking to work with these chains, in terms of-
- Pricing strategies
- Other marketing/strategic initiatives
- Supply chain strategies (e.g. dealing with leakage across channels)
- Overall economics
* Identify how the India pharmacy business is different from the global and how the segment has evolved in developed markets and the reasons for this
* Help us problem solve, bring in creative ideas and business models to differentiate our client's potential offering versus competition
