A leading management consultancy
Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a consultant to drive sales transformation for their client - a leading Hindi newspaper player.
Roles and responsibilities :
1) Drive a campaign to increase circulation and ad sales for the newspaper daily
2) Implement a clear, practical process to shape the products that will unlock new opportunities while minimizing cost and risk
3) Outline a strategic game plan outlining which opportunities the company could pursue to increase sales
4) Shape new products and iterate to success based on above strategies
5) Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders
6) Initiate and coach key stakeholders on their roles in effective change
7) Work with the consulting team in identifying other areas of sales opportunities
1. Experts who have experience in running sales transformation efforts, will be preferred.
2. Experience in the print media is a plus
3. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills required
4. Must have minimum 8-10 years of work experience
