Assignment Details

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant to help with technology assessment of an online/omni-channel retail company. The role would involve an assessment of:

1. Technology platforms comparison and scalability assessment for the company
2. Procurement –forecast analytics, integration with suppliers, supplier ordering systems
3. Warehouse related technology/tools – Warehouse management systems, warehouse design optimization, inventory management, SKU management
4. Delivery analytics – Order allocation to service providers, route planning, SLA/KPI management
5. Customer Analytics – customer discounting / price elasticity capabilities; customer cohorts analysis capabilities, cross-selling / customer targeting, customer adoption/retention analytics

The project requires a support of 2-3 weeks with both onsite and remote support. The organisation is based in Mumbai and will require travel to their office

Skills Required

1. Prior experience in working for top online retailers in the technology / technology product departments
2. Hands on experience in overseeing end-to-end technology stacks.
3. Mastery of information management, systems analysis and computer programming languages
4. Knowledge of latest technological developments and business philosophies
5. Delivery focus with quality
