Assignment Details

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking to engage with an HR consultant to lead a People Change Management track for a shared services project the firm is delivering.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing the change strategy and roadmap and suggest refinements and changes as the project progresses
2. Taking care of aspects such as enabling Onboarding, Training, Knowledge Transfer etc.
3. Dashboarding and updating the reports to Global stakeholders
4. Effectively supporting senior team members in the project phase and/or independently leading the delivery of in-scope activities

NOTE: The project will be based out of Bengaluru requiring full time capacity for a duration of a year

Skills Required

1) Should have prior experience of leading people change management initiatives
2) Ability to work as a part of a large team and take ownership of the Change track
3) Excellent project management and communication (i.e., presentation, facilitation, prioritization) skills
4) Should be able to communicate complex cultural, behavioral, role and/or process changes clearly and succinctly.
5) Cross-over experience in training and instructional design and/or working knowledge of Workday or other HRMS and HR tools would be a distinct advantage.
