Our client, a leading management consultancy firm is looking to engage with a Senior Sales Advisor from the Pharma industry to drive a sales-force effectiveness initiative
Key responsibilities include:
1. Identifying changes need in organisation structures, performance management, capability building for the sales and marketing teams
2. Advising the stakeholders on how to improve the sales force of the client
3. Structuring the key elements of a successful sales transformation process
4. Identifying new opportunities for the client to consider to drive performance (growth, market share expansion) across Marketing, Distribution & sales
5. Determine the right approaches to incentivise for transformative performance
6. Interact with the sales team and introduce global best practices to improve efficiency and output
The project would require part time support for a duration of 3 months across PAN India locations
1. Extensive experience in the Sales and Distribution domain of Pharma Companies is a must
2. Complete understanding of Channel Sales in the Pharma Industry
3. Hands on experience of driving a sales-force effectiveness program
4. Critical thinking with problem solving skills
5. Should be able to motivate the team, ability to innovate and build sales strategies
