Our client, an Indian multinational conglomerate is looking to engage with a seasoned HR and Talent Acquisition consultant to help them define a structured process for talent acquisition and onboarding. The process will be implemented at the corporate level as well as in the various businesses.
The consultant is expected to:
1. Quickly understand and map the current TA process in the various businesses and corporate across various levels of hiring
2. Assess what's working well and what the challenges are - by looking at data (hiring cycle) and speaking with key stakeholders
3. Helping define a clear structure and process that will outline
- Slate of vendor partners - by level and skills
- Key must have elements of the TA process
- SLAs and TATs for hiring - for vendors and for internal HR teams
4. Aligning the new process with key stakeholders
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
