An impact investment firm is setting up a pilot program to help improve the core organisational capacities of a high-potential think-tank. This will be through the core, restricted grants that can be used for core capacities like governance, IT, DEI, comms, etc.
They are looking to engage with a senior consultant to be an expert advisor to the
organisation and help us through the process.
1. Analyse the detailed self-assessment tool (across 75 parameters) that has been designed by the firm. Share inputs, if any to tighten the same.
2. Handhold and help 1 think-tank organization complete the self-assessment questionnaire.
3. Interact with these organizations to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities; help in identifying problem areas. The self-assessment questionnaire will be an input to this.
4. Based on this, to support these organizations to come up with a ‘transformation plan’ (proposal) and apply to the impact investment firm for funding.
