We are looking to onboard a Talent Acquisition Consultant to hire for multiple positions for Operations, Technical, and Client Support verticals for our company. The consultant would be required to hire for junior to mid level positions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and execute Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate and hire the best talent
-Keep a clear view of short, medium and long term recruitment priorities.
-Conceptualize and implement ideas to hire high quality talent
-Participate in developing and holding team accountable for metrics that measure effectiveness of Processes, candidate quality and candidate experience/outcome.
-Keep abreast of external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-art recruiting practices.
The position is based in Hyderabad.
- Experience in hiring for positions in a tech firm / startup environment
- Demonstrable experience of leading high quality recruiting delivery
- Ability to fill positions in a short period of time
