Assignment Details

Our client is a leading healthcare company and is looking to engage with a Gallup certified Strength consultant.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Designing and developing Strength based coaching workshops for the employees.
- Coach employees on Strength based development
- Design, implement, and facilitate talent Management programs and full curriculum learning journeys including function-specific and employee development content focused on career and professional skills.
- Build innovative formal and informal learning tools, resources, and programs that enhance organisational success.
- Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) for the internal employees to certify them as Strength coaches.

Note :- This is a 6 months project that can be extended upto 1 year.

Skills Required

Must be Certified by Gallup on Strength finder tool
- 12-15 years in Learning & Development Industry.
- 5 years of experience in rolling out strength based development.
- Experience in designing and developing Strength based coaching workshops for the employees.
