Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global management consulting firm, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Consultant to lead sales and marketing transformation initiative for a large steel manufacturer.

Responsibilities include:
• Review of existing sales team and channel partners to identify key improvement areas
• implement effective marketing and channel sales strategies
• Strategically planning and advising on integrating information technology systems across all channels to increase commercial efficiency
• Design testing, installing and monitoring new systems
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders
• Initiate and coach key stakeholders on their roles in effective change

The project duration of 3 months is extendable up-to 12 months. The role is based in Visakhapatnam and the consultant will be required on-site for the entire duration of the project.

Skills Required

• Leadership experience in managing and designing well performing sales and marketing programs/initiatives
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise of digital strategies to integrate digital transformation

# Experience In Steel Industry is a must.
