Assignment Details

Our client, the foundation of a leading FMCG firm is looking to engage with an communications leads who can create engaging digital content to build thought leadership for company's lead edge work on water conservation in India

• Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand the breadth of work done by organisation, along its key strategic pillars: water numeracy, conservation, and behaviour change in water use.
- Work with the team to build on the current content strategy (key audiences, key messages, call to action and outcomes)
- Conceptualise, draft, edit, layout, post content as per an agreed communication strategy and plan
- Track responses and inbound requests to partner with HUF to assess effectiveness of content strategy

• Secondary Responsibilities:
- Research appropriately for each content deliverable
- Engage with partner NGOs, as required to develop engaging stories
- Curate programme evidence that builds credibility for the outcomes achieved and reported in media updates

Expected Monthly Deliverables:-
- LinkedIn content (2 posts)
- 2 blog posts – 1 long form, 1 short story
- 2 content updates for the foundation website (derived from the above)
- One communications training session for other NGO partners

Note :- This is a 6 months project that can be extended upto 1 year and this project requires full time remote support.

Skills Required

- Proficient in writing in English and Hindi
- At least 10+years in marketing/fundraising communications roles
- A diverse portfolio of self-developed content for online media
- Creative writing
- Social Media marketing and engagement
- Problem Solving
- Ability to use Canva, Infogram or similar design and visualisation tools
