A leading global FMCG company
Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage with a junior marketing consultant to help them with crafting the right marketing mix for each market (including pricing, positioning, product & packaging) and lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for delivery of project. (including R&D, SC, Finance, CMI).
Key responsibilities include:
1. Brief and create communication for delivery along with the innovation in each market (working in conjunction with CMI & Creative Agencies)
2. Lead 360 degree asset creation (TV, Print, POSM & Digital)
3. Defining and implementing Performance Marketing tactics and strategies
4. Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering regular cross channel performance reports with actionable insight.
5. Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues and propose methodical optimisation tests, both on-site and campaign based
6. Find the right opportunities from local/global offerings to launch in India, first through E Com and then across premium MT.
7. Activate through digital only comms/ influencer marketing model relevant to size, aspiration.
8. Deliver omnichannel marketing to ensure offline & online actions on this portfolio are seamless. In this we expect the incumbent to be proficient in understanding and use of PRM and data.
1. 2-3 years of experience in marketing or media/advertising
2. Ability to deliver things with a time constraint/ under time pressure
3. Good stakeholder management and networking skills
4. An eye for detail and design/aesthetics
5. Concept development, familiarity with packaging development process and brief writing
