Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm is looking for a Tech Anchor who can craft and deploy company's play in new tech ecosystem. This covers emerging trends in NFTs / Meta / DeFi and upcoming / linked other developments in related spaces.

Job Requirements include–

- Enterprise new tech – create a view of play in new tech for the company.
- Brand play – basis enterprise approach, craft and deploy play for key brands in this avenue
- Digital conduit – work as a single window for IT and brand / business interactions to ensure synchronized view in this area.
- Cross Functional – working with Brand / CD / Finance / Digi hub to create a holistic approach on new tech.
- Understanding of different business architecture to create synergies across the systems.
- Bringing in industry & technology developments to table and building linked company plans.

Note: This will be 10-12 months engagement and ~20hrs/week capacity will be required for same. Also, the consultant should be open to travel to Mumbai Office as and when a team meeting is scheduled.

Skills Required

1. Business centric, tech appreciation.
2. Understanding and knowledge of new tech (metaverse, NFT, crypto etc.) and linked business impact.
3. Knowledge of industry developments in new tech & emerging play by companies.
4. Appreciation of FMCG business and specifically of FMCG consumers.
5. Experience of crafting a new-tech strategy a plus.
6. Understanding of metrics to monitor / track in digital ecosystem.
7. Experience of maintaining balance between operational and Strategic knowledge.
