Our client, a top-tier management consultancy, is looking for consultants with experience in B2B supply chain solution selling to recommend areas of improvement to their client, a leading logistics company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Conduct workshops on developing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
2. Site visits for on-the-job assessment to provide feedback to field sales professional.
3. Facilitate a diagnosis of the current marketing and Sales/Distribution Channels - in terms of performance as well as strength of the systems/processes
4. Identify new opportunities for the client to consider to drive performance (growth, market share expansion) across Marketing, Distribution & sales
5. Help client set up B2B sales process and best practices.
Duration and Capacity:
# 6 months of full time engagement. This role will require travelling to the client site across India and twice a month to Chennai. All travel related will be reimbursed by the client.
1. Deep experience of B2B sales is a must
2. Demonstrable experience of driving marketing campaigns and delivering high impact.
3. Excellent communications and analytical skills
4. Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
5. Closing / negotiation skills and motivation for sales
6. Area of expertise – B2B experience in solution selling & supply chain solution selling, 3PL/Logistics
