Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG firm, is looking to engage with a Marketing professional with deep knowledge & experience in e-commerce/shopper marketing for one of their Beauty & Personal Care brands.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Running digital campaigns, briefing agencies and managing new product development projects that are relevant to the brand.
2. Translating valuable consumer insights into products.
3. Identifying and analysing products strategy, including trends, competition, promotion, pricing and other factors that impact demand and supply.
4. Developing and executing Customer & Category Strategic Development.
5. Planning and executing successful product launches.
6. Identifying and tracking key marketing performance indicators.
7. Building and executing strategy for online/offline partner programs.
8. Spearheading Social Media, email marketing strategies and manage advertising spend.

Skills Required

- Ideally 6-8 years of brand building experience preferably with launching new brands with a heavy focus on e-commerce/digital marketing
- Proven working experience in successful product launches
- Direct To Consumer experience will be a plus
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
