Assignment Details

Our client, a leading manufacturing firm, is looking for a senior HR head to drive and revamp entire HR processes, employee career planning, performance evaluations and culture agenda.
The HR lead would be required to:
1. Managing the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters ( KPIs based on industry benchmarks)
2. Designing the key strategies to get there e.g., design and implementation of best in class organisation structure based on company vision of growth.
3. Helping define an effective implementation plan with clear milestones and train internal HR teams on execution.
4. Should also be well versed with required training for employee motivation, inculcate professionalism and control employee attrition.

This is 3-4 month project, requiring full time onsite capacity in Bangalore.

Skills Required

Hands on Experience in:
1. Training and engagement programs for all L1, L2 and L3 employees
2. B2C sector, preferably in automotive manufacturing
3. Designing SOP's, review metrics etc.
4. Developing and implementing organisation culture and communication programs
5. 15+ years experience out of which 5+ years in the B2C services sector would be preferable
