Assignment Details

Our client, a leading digital wellness platform, is looking to engage with a Consultant for B2B, B2C sales and business development in a leading hypergrowth startup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the organisation's B2C, B2B sales and business development;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients;
- Responsible for the organisation's revenue and growth;
-Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly;
-Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them;
-Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

Note: This is a year-long project which requires hybrid support (both remote & onsite: Bangalore) and requires female consultants.

Skills Required

- Prior experience in B2B, B2C sales, business development
- Experience of working with a hypergrowth startup is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Strong decision-making abilities;
- Female consultants are preferred.
