Assignment Details

A leading consulting firm is looking to engage with a technical expert for an ongoing client engagement in the aroma chemicals, flavour & fragrances industry

As part of the project the consultant will be required to-

1. Drive a technical assessment of the chemical product, in relation to its essential characteristics.
2. Evaluate factors and the chemical compounds contributing to texture, colour aroma and flavour of food
3. Share findings and procedure for analysis with clients

This is a 2 weeks project with part time capacity in Mumbai

Skills Required

1. Core technical expertise in the aroma chemicals and flavour & fragrances industry.
2. Background in chemical engineering.
3. A good understanding of molecule structures.
4. An understanding of demand-supply landscape of the aroma chemicals and flavour & fragrances industry
