Assignment Details

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team on a short term engagement.

The professional would be required to:
1. Manage all the partners globally
2. Ensure activation of HR IT projects
3. Be the SPOC from a global standpoint
4. Provide policy guidance and interpretation
5. Align on the business objectives with the management

This is initially a 6 month role based in Banglore and is subject to extension.

Skills Required

1. Good interpersonal skills
2. Prior experience as an HRBP would be a plus
3. Business knowledge and ability to align self with the business
4. Accords top priority to personal and professional ethics
5. Result oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
