A leading aviation components manufacturing firm
Our client, a leading aviation material manufacturing firm, is looking to engage with an HR professional who can lead employee training programs and thus revamp the company's work culture.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Up-skill current employees to take up more ownership and responsibilities
2. Resolve challenges in managing current set of old employees wrt adoption of new ways of working and thinking
3. Training on value additions from out of the box thinking
4. Prepare second line of command and impart leadership skills
5. Ensure tasks, workflow, responsibility and authority support stated objectives
6. Make certain that employees are empowered and committed to the business
The duration of the project is 3 months and requires full time onsite capacity in Mumbai
1. Pior experience in the Manufacturing sector is a must
3. Prior experience in the B2B domain will be a plus
4. Experience in working with SMEs/ MSMEs
5. Proficiency in designing SOPs, process documents and transitioning to leadership, L1 and L2
