Assignment Details

Our client, a healthcare utilities firm is looking to engage with a Senior Strategy Consultant having experience in the Pharma space to help them develop and execute a new business strategy in the healthcare and pharma space.

1. Guide analyst to drive a primary and secondary research analysis across parameters on the white spaces in the industry, given the firm's background
2. Thoroughly evaluate potential, new spaces to venture into, given the gaps indicated by the research
3. Work with the senior management to design a suitable business plan to pursue, on the basis of the developed financial projections for the venture including pressure testing key assumptions
4. Develop strategies for the short, medium and long term business including partnerships, pricing, operations.
5. Support on any licensing requirements which the new business plan may entail
6. Help the team on business-growth related challenges and concerns

This project would require 2-3 days of support per week, for a duration of 3 months

Skills Required

1. Prior experience in a Pharma firm is a must
2. Should have worked in new business strategy domain
3. Stakeholder management and ability to drive analysts who would be supporting the research
4. Experience in generics exports would be a plus
5. Ability to problem solve and think of the bigger picture
