This is a key customer facing business development role. The expectation is that you will support the business development managers (BDMs) throughout the business development process right from helping to identify and design the potential solution for the customer, proving the value by creating business cases and hand-holding the pilot, supporting the proposal creation and finally documenting the case study.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the “Value framework” (i.e., key drivers of cost, benefit and risk) for key solutions to enable engagement teams to deliver compelling business outcomes
- Providing the value framework for the “solution” before the sale; assessing Business Outcomes after implementation
- Providing ad-hoc analytical support in advance of preliminary customer meetings
- Creating engagement led assets such as localized business development presentations, workshop material, business cases and case studies
- Helping run customer workshops (conduct interviews prior to workshop, document customer journeys, create workshop content, document next steps and post workshop material)
- Quantifying the value for key solutions (Business cases, ROI, investment thesis) by leveraging industry / benchmarking data, our proprietary data and other sources and applying them to customer goals, metrics and ROI guidelines
- Ensuring customer success by orchestrating resources to assist the customer in realizing the full value of their technology investment by handholding the pilot (sharing learnings from other pilots, debottlenecking issues, tracking performance, etc.)
- Documenting customer case studies post successful engagements
- Being the advocate for Knowledge Management (KM), championing KM processes, procedures and disciplines
- Strong problem solver with ability and passion to learn about new technologies; design thinking experience is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communicator
- Team player who can work across functions & geographies and rapidly embrace new teams
- A persuasive individual with required presence to engage with customer managers
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and learning agility
- Practitioner with knowledge of approaches, tools and data sources coupled with the attention to detail and business judgement required to develop financial models
- Have 2 - 5 years management consulting experience from top tier firm (preferred), or have IT consulting, or other digital technology-related professional services experience
- Have a BA/BS degree (required). An advanced degree is preferred
- Have had deeper exposure to a specific industry ideally Financial Services or Energy & Manufacturing (preferable but not required)
