A Global Pharma company is looking for bright individuals who have passion for managing organization change for implementing lean processes and practices for flexibility and value creation. This exciting role entails working with the company’s CXOs / top leadership to help translate the company vision and priorities to action plans, and subsequently define the right targets / outcome-metrics to track progress. Ideally candidates should have :-
What is required in the job :
·1. Knowledge of lean management principles & Quality Based Management (and prior experience of implementing the same in a large organisation)
2. Background in driving strategy, planning or operational excellence projects in a manufacturing / business setting
3. Analytical thinking & problem solving
4. Exceptional communication (as the role involves working with a cross-cultural leadership team)
5. Skills in negotiations, consensus building & generating alignment
6. Dynamism & resilience
Skills Required
-10-12 years of suitable experience
- Six sigma black belt / PMP / other relevant certifications
- Prior experience in an analytical, strategy, PMO or consulting role
- Sound knowledge of Lean Tools, SDP Process, Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Vendor Management
