Assignment Details

Our client, a non-profit organization supporting various MSMEs in scaling up their businesses for exporting products and services, is looking to work with an expert/ a coach who can help and guide the MSMEs.

Responsibilities :
- Delivery of modules related to business transformation
- Impart online training in a virtual classroom to MSMEs (top-line 100-150 crs)
- Guide them on the subject relating to Future Trends - Shifts in Consumer behavior, Implication of Environmental, Social & Governance on brands, New & Emerging Business Models, Product Category disruptions changing the way industry works
- Working with the client business leaders to understand learning and performance needs and to understand opportunities to improve the results of the business

The project requires remote support.

Skills Required

- Experience in the consumer goods sector is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills and leadership skills
