A global life sciences strategy consulting firm
Our client, a global life-sciences consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Primary Research Recruiter to assist in mapping, inviting, screening, and scheduling interviewees for primary market research across projects.
Responsibilities include:
1. Mapping a long-list of contacts: searching for interviewees in publicly available sources and databases according to pre-specified sample criteria, including key interviewee contact information in a recruiting database;
2. Inviting contacts: sending a pre-specified invitation letter, conducting time- saving strategies to engage interviewees. The consultant is expected to perform and develop, with the support of team, follow-up strategies with both invited and interested interviewees by email or on the phone
3. Screening interviewees: based on a pre-specified screener or survey, the consultant will collect information on the interviewee to confirm they are suitable. The consultant is expected to reach out to interested interviewees by email or on the phone;
4. Scheduling: the consultant will schedule the interview according to the interviewees’ and interviewers’ availabilities and send a meeting invitation to the interviewer;
5. Administrative requirements; the consultant is to collect signed informed consent forms and track performed interviews for payment purposes
The duration of the project is 6 months, requiring full time remote support and working across EU and USA timezones
- Some prior experience in recruiting for US and Europe candidates would be a plus
- Fluent English, additional languages would be a plus (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, PPT, Excel and Word
- Competent user of Microsoft OneDrive/Sharepoint
- Ability to work with a team
- Initiative and result orientation
