Assignment Details

We are establishing a team to partner with vendors who can assist the organisation to make more informed data driven decision. For this, we are seeking the services of a consultant who can undertake a market scan of small/ mid-sized firms (<50 FTEs) that specialise in data and analytics / science solutions. The objective of the assignment is to build a database of 50-100 small to mid-sized firm across geographies and rate them on parameters outlined below.
1. Domain expertise - productivity (ore body knowledge, open pit mining, processing, asset management, integrated operations etc) or commercial (credit risk management, price discovery, market analysis, customer service etc)
2. Location
3. Service delivery model
4. People expertise
5. Assessment on viability and growth outlook.

Skills Required

The consultant will be from a professional services background with an expert level understanding of data analytics market and solutions. Ideally, the consultant would have served as a Senior Manager/Director with a relevant team at a leading consulting firm and would have strong global network in the industry.
