Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Indian Conglomerate is looking to engage with Senior Interviewing Experts to upscale the quality of hiring process for senior management of the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities include:
1. Identify and help the organisation understand the global best practices for on boarding senior stakeholders in the company
2. Help identify and assess new technologies and tools being leveraged by international organisations in the Talent Acquisition and COE spectrum
3. Design capability building programmes for the internal team to keep them abreast of the new trends in the recruiting and space
4. Problem solve with senior HR and business leadership to design an interview framework for various departments.

Skills Required

1. Domain expertise in the Human resource functions with experience of working across MNC organisations.
2. Strong Talent Acquisition experience in hiring Leadership roles
3. Exceptional stakeholder management.
4. High proficiency in handling employee relations issues
5. Strong influencing/interpersonal skills, based on passion about people and their contribution to business success
6. Understanding of various HR softwares
