Assignment Details

The Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, a New Delhi-based legal policy think-tank incorporated as a not-for-profit company, is inviting applications for the position of part-time CFO/Financial Controller. He or she will be responsible for financial strategy and execution, keeping track of the organisation's income and expenditure and supervising office administration. Specific duties include:
-Standard cost budgeting and project costing
-Collections
-Managing cash flows and overseeing utilisation
-Supervising financial service vendors such as accountants and governmental tax offices
-Liaising with auditors
-Ancillary financial work
-Presenting accounts and financial information to Board of Directors and management
-Supervising the junior office administrator
-Payroll
