Assignment Details

Looking for legal support to draft following agreements for a small scale equity investment into a UK software company by 8 existing shareholders and 5 new individuals:
1. Investment agreement
2. Shareholder agreement
3. Loan Note agreement

Optional extras are:
4. Partnership agreement between software company and North American reseller
5. Tax advice: Tax restructuring and rollover tax clearances for current shareholders

Skills Required

- Relevant experience in drafting legal agreements for similar investments is a must
- Law degree from Tier-1 institute
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
- Excellent time-management and organization skills
