Assignment Details

We are looking to hire a dynamic Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager that will help drive our portfolio brands’ digital marketing activities. Responsibilities will include digital strategy, mobile/app marketing, CRM/loyalty, analytics and managing ad-hoc projects to support our growth initiatives.

The position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience (agency or consumer brand) with a solid track record of managing digital platforms and campaigns. Strong passion for digital marketing with a working knowledge of emerging digital marketing platforms and tools, B2C and B2B best practices and data analytics. Given the entrepreneurial nature of the role, candidate must be outgoing, proactive and desire take ownership over all tactical engagements.

The position will start as a 4-6 month full-time freelance project and could evolve into a longer-term engagement. As the candidate will be working remotely, they should be comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment with minimum oversight and flexible hours/work settings (particularly around Singapore business hours). Candidate must be able to spend 2 weeks in Singapore to kick off project and possibly 2-3 more visits over the term of engagement.

Skills Required

Requirements:
• 5 years of digital marketing experience (agency or consumer brand). Track record of executing successful digital, mobile and integrated marketing campaigns
• Preference for candidates who have worked with multinational companies and agencies. Overseas experience (USA or Europe) is ideal
• Must be familiar with social and digital marketing tools and plug-ins (e.g. Hootsuite, OfferPop, etc.) to help drive consumer engagement, UGC, conversation and analytics
• Experience with data analytics, optimization and reporting.
• Passionate about all things digital, including latest digital marketing tools and best practices
• Strong English communications skills (verbal and written)
