Assignment Details

As a fast growing and multi-faceted company having its own manufacturing unit, the existing planning, production & procurement systems need to be revamped to meet the future growth plans. The company is in the business of manufacturing & selling premium cosmetic products.
Consultant is expected to carry out the following-
Carry out a business and gap analysis
Create a scalable & future ready roadmap
Build systems
Train existing team members and assist with hiring needs as per plan
Create MIS & operationalise the same

Skills Required

Only for candidates with experience in manufacturing operations
Experience of having worked in a professionally managed FMCG company, preferable SME (100-500 Crores)
Experience of having handled multiple functions on the manufacturing side within the supply chain management domain
Experience of working in a multiple SKU manufacturing environment
Knowledge of different IT tools
