Assignment Details

Serengeti Ventures Asia Pte Limited is looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a transformation project.
The responsibilities include:
? Manage process re-engineering projects across all stages and ensure delivery as per
established plans, timelines, resources and budget.
? Manage client relationship at various levels as per the project governance structure.
? Lead the identification of opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and
automation.
? Develop and maintain/update the end-to-end project plan by using professional tools
such as MS-Project and obtain buy-in from stakeholders as required.
? Closely track the progress of all project activities and deliverables and escalate issues as per the governance structure.
? Publish project updates at regular intervals to all key stakeholders.
? Conduct project team meetings at regular intervals and manage the project team.

The role provides flexibility to work partly from home. There might be limited
travel.

Skills Required

? 5+ years of experience preferably in Insurance/Banking.
? Experience in successfully leading process re-engineering, process improvement projects.
? Experience in line functions such as Operations would be an advantage.
? Able to speak and write/read Thai language.
? Minimum Education: Graduate in engineering, sciences, mathematics.
? Formal certification in Project Management / Lean / Quality would be preferred.
? A self-starter with leadership abilities.
