Assignment Details

Serengeti Ventures Asia Pte Limited is looking for Business Process Analysts to undertake business process analysis as part of a Transformation project.
The responsibilities include:
? Document/review the current state customer journey and business processes.
? Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience as well as for process simplification, standardization, outsourcing, and automation.
? Design the future state customer journey and business processes by considering customer requirements and business expectations.
? Review the current metrics/KPIs and design related enhancements as well as
dashboards/scorecards.
? Develop user requirements for new systems/system enhancements.
? Develop system testing plans based on the user requirements.
? Estimate project benefits (qualitative and quantitative) and track benefits realization.

The role provides flexibility to work partly from home. There might be limited
travel.

Skills Required

? 3+ years of experience preferably in Insurance/Banking.
? Experience in projects such as process re-engineering, process improvement.
? Experience in line functions such as Operations would be an advantage.
? A self-starter with an analytical mindset.
? Able to speak and write/read Thai language.
? Minimum Education: Graduate in engineering, sciences, mathematics.
? Formal certification in Project Management / Lean / Six Sigma would be preferred.
